Policies
Guests may checkin up to 5 minutes before the start time of their appointment. You will be unable to checkin after the appointment start time. We do not offer a late arrival grace period. Please take care of all personal needs prior to the start time of your appointment.
If you miss your appointment checkin, we have these options for you.
1. Upon arrival, If the next immediate appointment time is available, you may move your missed appointment to this new time without incurring a charge. If the next immediate appointment time is unavailable, you may wait to see if an appointment becomes available or request a reschedule option.
2. With a 25% reschedule fee, you may reschedule to an available time within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
3. With a 50% cancellation fee, you may cancel your appointment and schedule a new time for any day available.
If you are not checked in by the appointment start time, your appointment time may be given to the
next waiting guest or your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled with a fee.
If you are going to miss your checkin time, please give us a call at 410-456-0001. Calling to notify the phone operator of a late arrival does not change our policies, but we will be able to assist you with rescheduling your appointment. Any appointment reschedule request by phone on the day of your appointment will incur a same day rescheduling fee.
Same Day appointment cancellations for any reason are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service amount.
Appointments can only be reschedule or cancelled without a fee the day prior to your confirmed appointment. Changes can only be made to your original appointment. Creating a second appointment in an attempt to reschedule an appointment will be automatically declined.
Removing a confirmed service on the day of an appointment will incur up to a 50% same day service cancellation fee. Please make all appointment adjustments up to the day before your appointment.
Guests who contact us after their appointment start time and miss their checkin are considered a missed appointment. Guests who do not show up for their appointments are considered a no show. Fees apply for missed and no shows.
Guests who do not show up for their appointment will not be eligible to book future appointments. These guests will be able to call for walk-in availability.
Starting May 1, 2022 All printed coupons will be void and will no longer be accepted. Only digital coupons will be accepted 1 per visit. Coupons cannot be used with any other online promotion, member rate service, special promotion, or discounted products or services. Coupons can only be applied to regular priced services or products.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason. Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Please do not bring anyone who does not have an appointment to your appointment as they will not be allowed to enter the building. A parent of a minor guest may remain in the waiting area while a service is performed.
Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted in the studio unless they have an approved appointment. If you bring a minor child to your appointment, we will not reschedule the appointment. Your appointment will be canceled and a same day cancellation fee will apply.
No minor walk-ins. No exceptions.
