Appointment Arrivals
Arrive On Time - Check-In Window
We're looking forward to seeing you! To give every guest our full attention and keep the day running smoothly, we use a simple 5-minute check-in window.
Your check-in window: check-in is available 5 minutes before your appointment and closes at your start time. Please plan to arrive within those few minutes.
Arriving early? We appreciate the enthusiasm. Just note that we're unable to accommodate guests more than 5 minutes ahead, so we kindly ask you to time your arrival to the window.
Running late? We understand; life happens. But because your time is reserved exclusively for you, we're unable to offer a grace period. If you arrive late, we may not have enough time to perform your service, which may mean rescheduling and a fee of up to 50% of your service total.
Thank you for being mindful of your timing. It helps us give you, and every guest, the best possible experience. Guests who frequently arrive late or miss appointments may be subject to additional fees or reduced online booking access.
Appointment Changes
Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so when plans change, a little notice goes a long way.
Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem. Service and time changes can be made up to the day before your appointment. Same-day cancellations and reschedules are subject to a fee of up to 50% of your service total.
One appointment at a time. Please make any changes to your original booking. Creating a second appointment to reschedule an existing one will be automatically declined.
Changing part of your service? Removing a service on the day of your appointment is treated as a same-day change and may include a fee of up to 50% of that service.
Missed appointments vs. no-shows.
- Missed appointment: you reach out after your start time or arrive too late to be seen.
- No-show: you don't make it to your appointment at all.
Fees of up to 50% apply to both.
No-shows & future booking. Because a no-show leaves your reserved time unfilled, guests who no-show may lose online booking access for future visits and would need to call us for same-day walk-in availability instead.

Coupons/Promos
Starting May 1, 2022 All printed coupons will be void and will no longer be accepted. Only digital coupons will be accepted 1 per visit. Coupons cannot be used with any other online promotion, member rate service, special promotion, or discounted products or services. Coupons can only be applied to regular priced services or products.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason. Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Visitors
Visitors & Guests
Your appointment is your time to relax, and we keep the studio calm and private for every guest.
Please come on your own. Anyone without an appointment isn't able to enter the building. A parent of a minor guest is welcome to wait in the waiting area while the service is performed.
Under 18? Anyone under 18 is welcome only with their own approved appointment. If you bring a child to your appointment, we will not be able to provide your service. The appointment will be canceled and a same-day cancellation fee will apply.
No minor walk-ins. No exceptions.
