Beauty LAB + is a loyalty program without points allocation. There’s no need to keep track of loyalty cards or calculate dollars to points with Plus.
Eligible guests may choose from our basic no monthly commitment plan or become a monthly member to receive exclusive perks.
The Plus Member Plan is the best option for guests who commit to a monthly visit during the calendar year. Members receive exclusive discounts on skincare services, wax services and products.
There's no upfront monthly payments with our flexible billing. Plus Members do not have to commit to any single service, they may choose any service or select from 20+ member services and pay at their appointment.

Enrollment is available online or in the studio. Eligible guests may join the Plus Basic Plan at any time. The Plus Member Plan enrollment is available for new guests within 30 days of their first visit or in December for the following year for existing guests.
No. Plus Member Plans do not have a hold option.
Plus Member access will expire on the last day of the calendar year unless renewed. Members may choose to renew their plan each year by signing a new agreement and paying the renewal fee. Active Members will have their original service pricing carried over to the next calendar year. Inactive members will be downgraded to the Plus Basic Plan.
Plus Basic Plans never expire and do not need to be renewed each year.
Inactive members will be automatically downgraded to the Plus Basic Plan. These guests will be eligible for future Plus Member Plan enrollment in December for the following year.
Plus access may be a canceled in studio only. Requests may be made before the 15th of the current month to be processed for the current month. We will not accept cancellation requests after the 15th of the current month. Those who cancel their plus access will be ineligible for any future Plus Plan (including our basic plan).
All Members must fill out a yearly manual credit card authorization form in the studio to complete the Membership signup/renewal.
Terms & Conditions
Plus Basic Plan
No visit commitment or monthly fee. Guests may visit at any frequency and receive select discounts on select services during designated discount days or times.
Plus Member Plan
A monthly visit is required. By joining the Plus Member Plan, you are committing to a monthly visit for the current calendar year. A monthly visit is defined as: (1) having any paid service performed at the studio or (2) the purchase of any product at the studio or online through the Beauty LAB Store website.
Plus Members Enjoy Flexible Billing - Pay at your appointment. No upfront monthly charges. Choose any services for your monthly visit.
Monthly Fee - Plus Members who do not schedule a monthly service appointment or make a Beauty LAB Store purchase will be billed a monthly maintenance fee of $15 on the last day of the calendar month. This fee will keep your Member Plan active.
Missed monthly payments or an invalid credit card on file will automatically cancel your Member Plan.
Only Plus Basic Plans will automatically renew. Plus Members must submit a yearly renewal request.
Our Member Plan prices are guaranteed for the calendar year and each year the plan is renewed. The Member prices will never increase for active members.
Plus Members may request to cancel their plan if their monthly commitments have been met and there is no outstanding balance on the account. Cancellation fees will be assessed at the time of cancellation. Members who cancel their member plan early will be ineligible for any future Plus Plan (including our basic plan).
Plus access may be a canceled in studio only. Plus Member Plan cancellation requests may be made before the 15th of the current month to be processed for the current month. We will not accept cancellation requests after the 15th of the current month.
All cancellation requests must be completed in studio. We do not accept cancellations by phone or email.
Your credit card on file will be charged a minimum missed appointment fee of $15 for any appointment. Appointments that reserve longer than 20 minutes will have an additional fee of $15 per 20 minutes reserved.
A missed appointment fee does not qualify as a monthly visit. Members who miss an appointment must still visit the studio or a $15 maintenance fee will be assessed on the last day of the calendar month.
